The capital will be used to help expand the company’s platform, services and offices. Fountain already has a mountain of success which currently sources and processes more than a million candidate applications each month. They also assist their candidates with screening, interview scheduling, background checks, paperwork and onboarding. As they’ve targeted large companies including ride sharing, delivery and home service platforms, the goal is now to primarily help large employers lower their recruitment costs. With hourly wage workers, employers can often find themselves constantly onboarding new hires that don’t stay with the company for an extended period of time. With Fountain, employers look to source and onboard high quality workers.
