The startup company, Swiftly, just raised $10 million in its Series A funding round. The company will be utilizing its capital to grow software that improves real time data for transit systems across the Untied States. It is currently in over 50 cities and works with more than 2,500 transit professionals. Swiftly aims to be the most accurate data provider for transit in hopes that general delay messages will be a thing of the past. Public transportation officials are slowly starting to see the growth in Swiftly’s product and understand the capabilities and potential they withstand.
