The founders and team members of the AI-powered travel assistant bot, Eddy Travels, has closed a pre-seed round which was lead by Techstars Toronto. They raised roughly $500,000 which included VC funds from Lithuania and angel investors from the U.S., Canada and U.K. The user base is estimated to be over 100,000 people across the globe. With the use of the capital, Eddy Travels plans on expanding accommodations, rentals and other travel services through the use of its technology.
