Indian hotel booking startup, Oyo, will be investing $335 million into its vacation home rental business. The primary goal is to strengthen relationships with homeowners and provide them with resources so they can deliver hospitality experiences that are unmatched. With the investment, Oyo will be building the largest vacation rental management service in Europe. OYO is easily one of the fastest-growing vacation rental startups in the world as they operate with more than 23,000 hotels and 125,000 vacation homes spanning over 80 countries. Not only do they plan on using the capital to make its mark in Europe, but they also have plans on establishing ground in the United States. With Airbnb as one of its main investors, it’ll be interesting to see how the two companies work cohesively moving forward.
