Reliance Jio, a telecommunications company located in India, just unveiled a new AI focused video call customer service assistant. The AI assistant will allow businesses to automate customer service with the goal of reducing customer wait times over the phone. The company also announced that they’re working on creating a developer kit which will allow for businesses to implement the AI assistant into their systems and work seamlessly with their brand and products. The assistant will offer audio and text bot options so customers will have multiple ways to communicate with the AI-powered machine.
