Roku recently announced that they will be launching an Apple Watch app which will allow users to control their Roku device simply through their smart watch. Users will have the ability to pause and play along with the ability to launch their favorite channels. Voice search functionality will also be enabled so users can easily navigate through the Roku app and launch any show for Apple Watch versions 1-5. Lastly, the app will allow users to locate their Roku remote via sound signal as long as the user has the functionality enabled on their remote.
