Microsoft To Scale Down Cortana Support

Microsoft recently announced that they will be shutting down Cortana’s mobile applications in a number of different markets. The end date for its support on iOS and Android will be January 31st, 2020. Microsoft also will be removing Cortana from Microsoft Launcher. The impacted markets include Great Britain, Australia, Germany, Mexico, China, Spain, Canada and India. Microsoft is slowly starting to scale down support for Cortana as the company clearly shows a change in direction for the personal productivity assistant platform.
