Party Round Raises $7 Million

Party Round, a startup company that utilizes software to help the process of raising early-stage corporate capital has raised $7 million. The better part? They used they’re own platform to do so! Investors include Alexis Ohanian’s Seven Seven Six fund, Anish Acharya from a16z, along with checks from groups like Shrug Capital. The company’s view is that tech founders have disrupted many methods of investing, but not the way that they raise capital themselves.
