YEC community members were recently asked, “What’s one aspect of recruiting that companies often get wrong? Why do you think that is, and how can they improve?” Appetizer Mobile’s CEO, Jordan Edelson, responded by stating, “Understanding the candidate’s motives and desires for their future going forward is of critical importance.
