Forbes Agency Council members offered tips for building a social media strategy that creates highly interactive, collaborative engagement without compromising brand quality, consistency or overall control of the voice. Jordan Edelson, CEO of Appetizer Mobile, stated, “Give your earliest followers real access, whether that is direct communication with your team, early features or exclusive perks. When people feel like they are part of building something, they stick around and bring others with them. That kind of loyalty is hard to create later on”.
